Hello I'm Yudha. I'm a PhD student in International Biotech and Healthcare Management, Taipei Medical University. My current thesis is predicting colorectal cancer using real-world data such as electronic health records. My current research interest is digital health. Besides playing with data, I love Walking, Cycling, and Japanese Pop Culture. Nice to meet you!

Predicting CRLM using TMUCRD Mapped-OMOP-OHDSI
After we got feedback from practitioners, CRLM is more concerning than HCC. Thus, we pivoted to CRLM. Liver Metastases is one of the most prevalent malignancies that cause mortality among colorectal cancer patients where 25-30% affected by the malignancy worldwide. Predicting the occurrence of colorectal cancer liver metastases (CRLM) could benefit physicians in deciding the diagnoses. We created a prediction model using machine learning on electronic health records to discover susceptible characteristics for secondary malignant neoplasm of liver cancer in colorectal cancer patients.

Liver is a common organ target of metastasis for colorectal cancer, which indicates the possibility of nonmetastatic cancer. We created a prediction model using machine learning on electronic health records to discover susceptible characteristics for liver cancer in colorectal cancer patients.

When Humanoids AGI HereWhen I was a kid, I loved to play Megaman (or even now) and watched Doraemon. I love the way the imagination was presented using the advanced robotics. For Mega Man games, itβs more like a cool armor, robots, and the good will of fighting against the bad ones. For Doraemon, of course, the magic ofon's 4-Dimensional Pocket, which was able to give Nobita unparalleled devices from the future. All that sci-fi like stuff is engraved in my brain. When I realized weβre here already: at the front door of humanoids and AGI.
